Be able to easily split long files into multiple tracks ...

For example, take a single audio file that is an hour long, and with a click or two and choosing some basic options, cut it into twelve 5 minute tracks (files). Or find the silences (if there are any), and split it there. It can be done in Audacity, but it takes multiple steps.
